These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flashcard RPG mobile and web applications and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Flashcard RPG ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be old enough to use the Service in your country and to consent to the processing of your data. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Sign-in is provided through Google and Apple — there are no passwords managed by us. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Notify us at flashcardrpg@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

The core app is free to use. Optional paid plans (such as "Legend") unlock additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to those stores' terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period; manage or cancel renewal in your app-store account settings. Prices may change with notice, and taxes may apply. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

You may create decks, cards, recordings, and other content ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service (for example, to sync it across your devices and, if you choose to publish a deck, to make it available in the library). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to use it.

Don't misuse the Service. In particular, don't break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful or offensive content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, cheat or manipulate game progression, or access the Service through unauthorised means. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its software, artwork, characters, and branding, is owned by Flashcard RPG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding or content except as needed to use the Service normally.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Flashcard RPG is a study and entertainment product; we don't guarantee particular learning outcomes, exam results, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flashcard RPG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progression, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Some provisions survive termination, including sections on content licences, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
